  • What do i need to get started?

    To get started with an GOODWILL dispatch service, you willl  need to meet the following requirements:

    1. Vaild Operating Aurthority (MC#)
    2. Signed W9 (Current Tax Year)
    3. Signed Carrier agreement form & POA
    4. Certifacte of Insurance  (Carriers are required to maintain $1,000,000 auto Liability and 100,000 in Cargo Insurance coverage).
    5. NOA ( Notice of Assignment Form)
  • What if prefer not use a factoring company?

    We completely understand your preference to avoid factoring companies. Our independent dispatch company offers various payment options and terms to accommodate your needs. We focus on building a direct relationship with our clients, ensuring personalized service and immediate attention to your requirements.      We are proudly based in the heart of Allentown, Pennsylvania. Our central location allows us to efficiently manage and support trucking businesses across the nation with ease and expertise.

  • Can I choose specific lanes or regions for my shipments?

  • What are your rates for dispatch services?

    Our dispatch service rates are designed to accommodate different business needs. We offer:


    • Standard Dispatch Service: 6% per load, which includes our comprehensive dispatch solutions tailored for efficiency and reliability.
    • Business Dispatch Service: 8% per load, offering additional business support and advanced features for your operations.
    • Premium Dispatch Service: 10% per load, providing top-tier services with priority support and customized solutions for your most complex needs.

    For new clients, we’re excited to offer promotional rates that provide an excellent opportunity to experience our services at a reduced cost. Please contact us for more details on these special offers.

  • What types of loads do you specialize in?

    We offer a wide range of specialized dispatch services to suit various transportation needs. Currently, we handle Flatbed, Reefer(refrigerated), and Dry Van loads, which cover a broad spectrum of shipping requirements. We also provide comprehensive OTR (Over-the-Road) and LTL (Less Than Truckload) services for both long-distance and smaller shipments. 

    Excitingly, we are expanding our services to include Hotshot load service, catering to urgent and smaller freight needs, which will be available soon. Our team is dedicated to providing tailored solutions for each unique freight challenge.
